How to Descale?

1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.

2. Boiling the liquids and leave it for 2 hours, then use cloth to clean and wipe.

3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth.

4. Repeat as needed.

Note: Its normal if your kettle exposes spot or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use, if the water quality in your area is so hard.​

Question:
Why the water is not hot?

1.The working current of our water heater is 25A-32A, and it require at least 1.5 square millimeters of wire. Please make sure that your circuit breaker can handle the 30amp, or it will not heat water.
2.The temperature is controlled by the size of the water flow. The Water Heater will be automatically energized when the water flow is more than 0.6 liters, and automatically turn off when the water flow is lower than 0.4 liters.
3.The heating temperature is between 30 and 55 degrees. If the water flow is large, the temperature will be low, and if the water flow is small, the temperature will be high.

Note: Please confirm that your socket supports 25-30amp circuit before purchasing. Do not buy if your outlet does not support it. Because the power of this electric water heater is 3000W. Circuits that do not meet the conditions cannot be tolerated.

If the water is not hot enough. It may be that your circuit is not power efficient. Or control the water temperature appropriately by controlling the flow rate and speed of the water.
