1. Turn on it by single press the power switch.
2. Open the Bluetooth function by single press again the power switch, the bluetooth symbol will display on screen.
3. Install “Mini LED Display” app in App Store for iOS device or “Bluetooth LED Name Badge” in Google Play for android device.

How to Install software on PC
1. Create a new folder in PC, and then copy all files from USB Flash Drive.
2. Find executable file HCLED.exe in subfolder software, double-click to run it.
3. Please refer to the video tutorial to edit the first program, then click on U Disk REC to download the program to USB Flash Drive.
4. Insert USB Flash Drive to LED SIGN and wait for the LED SIGN to display OK.
5. Then remove USB Flash Drive from LED SIGN, and the program will be broadcast immediately.
